The room had amazing views and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and we enjoyed learning about the local culture.

The room did not match the photos we saw online and the karaoke was very loud and disruptive, making it hard to relax.

During my stay on this cruise, I had a great time exploring the caves at Lan Ha bay and participating in various activities in the bay. The staff was helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was commendable. The transportation and parking arrangements were hassle-free, making my stay even more comfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and I enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff members.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location for enjoying activities in the bay, such as kayaking in the caves at Lan Ha Bay. the spacious top floor room with a spectacular view from the deck is definitely worth experiencing. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a great overall experience for families and couples alike.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a jacuzzi tub. The food was delicious and plentiful, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. We loved the activities offered at this venue, such as the bike trip to the fishing village and the bamboo boat and kayaking in Ha Long Bay. The modern and new wood interior added to the overall experience. A truly enjoyable and memorable stay!
